Microwave Material Shapes
Due to tight tolerances required for microwave applications all shapes are custom designed and thus machined from either standard Pressed shapes or Isostatically pressed blocks. In some instances they may be Extruded. As such there is no standard listing. Typical shapes are:
- Discs
- Triangles (also truncated)
- Slugs (typically machined into individual discs or triangles)
- Substrates (typically 1.0 to 2.0 square)
- Composite Assemblies (as discs or triangles)
- Rectangular Tubes (for phase shifters)
- Blocks (typically 6.0 x 2.0 x 1.0)
- Custom
